If you notice, when your parcel is delivered, that the packaging has been damaged, you have two possibilities:
- Refuse delivery of the parcel and it will be returned to sender
- Accept the parcel, indicating that the packaging is damaged on the delivery note
If you notice some damage when you open your parcel, you can make a claim from the carrier concerned.
If your parcel was given to a third part or left under the porch (with your authorization), as long as it has not been opened, you may return it to the carrier for a free of charge return.
