We are pleased to announce that we now ship from two different warehouses located in the UK and Europe. This allows us to give you access to our entire product collection.
Please note that for orders shipped from Europe, the delivery time may take longer than for orders shipped from the UK. It can take up to 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays in France and the UK).
Order Processing and Shipping Details
Processing of Orders: Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched within 48 working hours. Please keep in mind that any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a UK or French public holiday will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day. During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than normal.
Shipments: Please note that some items may be shipped separately from our warehouses in the UK and Europe. As a result, you may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers.
Delivery Time: Orders shipped from our UK warehouse are expected to arrive within 2 working days. Orders shipped from our European warehouse will take approximately 5 working days to arrive.
Item(s) dispatched from our European warehouse will be held in pending status until they reach the UK and are sent out for delivery. This is expected to take a maximum of three working days to arrive in the UK to then be shipped out to you.
Stay Informed
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will provide a summary of your order, including the items purchased.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched from either warehouse. This email will contain information about which items have been shipped, their tracking numbers, and an estimated delivery time.
If items are being shipped from our European warehouse, you will receive your 2nd shipping confirmation email once your parcel has arrived in the UK and has been shipped out to you.
Tracking Your Order: To track the shipment of your order, simply click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This will allow you to stay updated on the progress of your delivery.
You may be contacted by the carrier before receiving a shipment confirmation from us. Don't be surprised! it means that one part of your order is shipped from Europe and the way to the UK.

checked with DPD and they said DC Shoes never put my address !
Absolutely disgraceful service ordered on 31st july shipping is 2 working days, 7 days later still processing, request to cancel and they don’t let you and refuse to do anything other than let you refuse a shipment that still hasn’t shipped and only ever respond with Ai generated emails
I used to be a Fan of DC Shoes but Boardriders ( this company ) are an absolute shambles save your money and go to a SHOP stay away from these guys
